Deleting a PDF from your Keymate Memory

With Keymate, you can load multiple PDFs into your Keymate memory and use them to interact via our GPT and our Ultimate Webapp.

What if you want to delete a PDF from your Keymate memory so it is gone for good? Here's how:

Step 1: Navigate to your PDF Load Page

There are a few ways you can get to your PDF Load Page.

You can ask Keymate to take you there within the GPT. Simply prompt:

Give me the link to my pdf load page

and it will give you a link to the page:

You can navigate to your Keymate load page from this URL: ln.keymate.ai/web

On the page, login with your Keymate account in the top left corner

  • Once Logged in, you will see the "Load PDF to Keymate Memory" link at the top:

  • Click that and you will be in the Load PDF page

Step 2: Find the PDF you want to delete

Once in the PDF page, you will see a list of all the PDFs you've uploaded towards the bottom of the screen. It will look something like this:

To find the PDF you want to delete, click through the numbers at the bottom until you come across the PDF you want to remove from your memory.

Step 3: Delete the PDF

Once you've found the PDF all you need to do is click the blue "Delete" button and it will delete your PDF.

WARNING: Deleting the PDF is NOT reversible. It WILL NOT ask you for confirmation. Use with caution.

NOTE: In some cases, you may have uploaded a PDF multiple times. If you have uploaded the PDF multiple times then you will need to delete each record of the PDF in your Keymate Memory. You cannot just delete one PDF and expect the system to find the other examples of the PDF and delete them as well. Keymate treats each import as unique.
