Both the ChatGPT Plus' Keymate plugin and Keymate Ultimate Web App use the same quota pool, however, requests are measured differently between the platforms. The Keymate.AI Search plugin allows up to 6000 requests per month. Each request on KeyMate Ultimate is metered and billed dynamically depending on prompt, input and output keywords.

1 request may cost you between $0.03 - $1.2. This depends on the tokens it uses. We do not decide this, it is pre-determined by ChatGPT and you can read more about their token counting here.

Each subscription plan has a limited token pool. You can go to the plan page here to choose which plan you want and see how many requests each plan gives.

Understanding the Cost

It costs $0.05 Per 1K tokens. For the Ultimate plan, you get 1200K input and output tokens for $60.

Example of how usage works

For example, if you prompt "What's the price of bitcoin?" it would use Keymate.AI Search automatically. The web search part costs you 1 request. Then, the search plugin feeds somewhere between 6000 - 8000 words to the GPT-4 API from the internet which would costs between $0.3 - $0.4. Therefore, it consumes 30 - 40 requests. So in total you consume 31 - 41 (+1 comes from the search) requests from your total request pool. 128K context allows around 96K max tokens. The max requests consumption then would be 61 for 1 message.

Cost of Loading PDFs

Loading a PDF takes roughly 1 request for every 300 words or ~5 requests for every 3 pages.

If you are looking to use PDFs to train your PKB then you can learn more about how to do that here.
