Managing and changing your Keymate plan
To maximize your Keymate.AI experience, it is essential that you visit keymate.ai/plans
to customize your subscription settings according to your needs and preferences.
Below is the plans page where you can see the specifics of each plan.
How do I change my subscription?
At the bottom of the page (you usually need to scroll down), you will see the different subscribe buttons. The green button is your current subscription.
If you click any of the other buttons it will automatically switch you to that subscription. Once you switch it will prorate the amount charged at the point you are in the month.
You can always switch back and forth between plans easily to increase and decrease your usage.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the top right corner of your plans page you can see "Manage Subscription". Click there and it will take you to your Stripe billing page.
At the top of the page there is a button to "Cancel Plan" - click that button and your plan will be canceled.
Accessing Invoices
On the bottom right of this page you can also see your invoice history and download the invoices that you need.
I already cancelled, why are you still charging me?
There are a number of reasons for this case:
You signed up with multiple accounts by mistake when authorizing Keymate to be used with ChatGPT
Please check other possible emails that you may have used and see if they are cancelled completely
You cancelled after the billing date and a previous charge that failed is still trying to complete.
You can check the invoices to see if there are any outstanding payments
