Why have I reached the free quota limit while I’m a paid subscriber?

Accidents can generally happen when you install the plugin and login with an account+login method but then login to plugin labs using a different account+login method.

When that happens, you see a red warning like the one below when you go to: https://ln.keymate.ai/plans.

Solution

First of all, make sure that you have signed into Keymate with the account you've purchased your subscription.

Reinstalling plugin and logging in again with correct account+login method solves this issue.

Step by Step Guideline

  1. Uninstall the app.

  2. Reinstall the Keymate.AI plugin

  3. It will ask you to login

  4. Select your right login method and right account credential (Email or Google login)

  5. Repeat the steps 1-4 if it's still not your paid subscriber login method+account.

After you confirm it's working you can check anytime if you are on the right account by visiting https://ln.keymate.ai/plans. It will show the red banner in the screenshot above if you are not on your right account.
